Hi everyone,As far as I can see, the HDMI CEC/ARC protocol is a complete mess, and every brand works on their one way with that. Nevertheless, let me describe my problem here:
My current setup:Apple TV A1842 ⇾ HTR-4071 ⇾ VSP01201 HDMI Splitter (Copy Mode) 1. output ⇾ TCL TV 65DP676X1
↳ VSP01201 HDMI Splitter (Copy Mode) 2. output ⇾ Ezcap269
Every time I turn on my setup, my Apple TV/TV have some issues trying to understand it other's signal and at the end shows a grayish image.Looks like Apple TV or the TV are not understanding each others HDR signal.
There are a couple of ways to solve it:
All the options that solve it are annoying. I would like it to just work.
I was also trying the following setup settings:
Any further ideas how to solve it? Or even how to debug it, from which setting this issue is coming from? I also have an intel NUC with a HDMI-CEC Pulse Eight adapter connected to the HTR and can debug it, if I would know how to debug an HDR signal with it.
