One hub to rule them all

So i have range of devices at home, hive thermostats, phillips hue lights, ring cameras, ikea lights. All of them wants to have their own, unique, the best hub to control them. Is there a way to get something to just connect to anything smart that i have and i will get in the future or will i always need hub for each manufacturer?

Also i want to utilise my synology NAS to run it, any recommendations?
