From a 433.92 remote to a Google voice control

Hi there I control my portal using a 433.92 remote control which is an ok solution But as I sometime need to open the portal to people while I'm away from home I'm looking for a more remote alternative ? I initially thought it's doable using a wifi bridge like the sonoff one which is compatible with the 433.92 frequency

Do you guys think it's a ok option ?
