Smart dimming down lights… how do I do this??

We are about to put our downlights in throughout the house (Philips LED’s) and would like to get the living room to have dimming capability, the catch being the light switch has to light up four different sections of the house (1 x outdoor, 1 x dining, 1 x entrance, 1 x living room) aaaand we’d like to have them “smart” to connect to Alexa. Is there a easy and relatively cheap way to do this? I saw there is a smart dimming switch available, is this what I need? Located in Aus. Thanks!
