Can you use a Zwave switch on a light that has 2 switches?

Hi. I have a living room light that has 2 regular switches, one in the entry and one in the mudroom. My question is, can I use a Zwave switch at one of these switch locations? Or do I need to have a Zwave on both switches? Or will a Zwave switch not work with this configuration? Thanks alot
