I have an alarm system that I'm trying to hook up to Home Assistant. I'm going to be wiring up a WiFi relay to arm/disarm using the input pins on the board, however I'm trying to figure out a way to detect arm/disarm by the keypad.
The alarm has 2 output circuits I can use. In the manual there's an example of a siren hooked up to the output circuit.
I've read examples of people repurposing WiFi door/window contact sensors to detect closed circuits, but that would mean I would have two individual battery-powered contact sensors which seems a bit wasteful.
I was hoping there's some sort of sensor device that can be powered with 12V and have two "contact sensor channels". Does such a thing exist?
