How to link a SmartLife (Tuya/LSC) scene to another Homekit accessory (using Homebridge or something else)?

What I'm trying to do is have my SmartLife scene that triggers when the brightness of my bedroom's light bulb toggle my TV's low light profile. My TV is an LG and I've been using a Homebridge plugin to control the different TV profiles. Those profiles show up as different buttons in my Home.

Is there any way to use the SmartLife app and have it toggle the button from my Home app? I haven't found any way to do that. I've also tried to automate that from within Homekit using a Tuya Homebridge plugin but the automations are only available for on/off, not for the light levels/modes/etc.

If it's not possible using SmartLife/Homebridge/etc. is there any other way, for example with Node-RED?

The intended final result is that when the bulb's light level goes below 20%, the TV's brightness level is lowered and when the bulb's light level goes above 20% the TV's brightness level goes back to the normal level.
