IKEA lights failing Homekit Automations

Hi all, looking for a bit of advice please.

I have 9 Tradfri GU10 bulbs in my outside lights at home and for a long time I have had them coming on at sunset and turning off again at sunrise. However, I started to change things a bit when I wanted to have 5 of the 9 turn off at 2330 and come back on at 0500. When this proved to be a complete disaster I tried to go back to the original sunset/sunrise setup.

Since going back to this, the lights have decided to select only a few of the lights to respond to the automation command each time. So normally about 4 of the lights respond fully and the remainder either don't turn on, or turn on to about 10% brightness (very confusing!).

Whenever I manually turn the lights on or off on my phone they respond instantly so I don't believe it is an issue with the hubs connecting to the lights etc. I have also tried having each light showing on Ikea hub and HomeKit as individual lights as well as all grouped together and I have the same problems (just in a different combination of the lights that fail each time). Not really sure what else I can do, does anyone have any suggestions please?

I have attached images to show current set up - they are on a DIRIGERA Hub and Apple TV in case this is relevant also.

Thanks in advance.
