Is Google less derpy than Alexa?

Seriously. It's 2023. I can get an entire novel written by an AI bot but she's still stumped by basic questions.

And I could live with that if not for what are obviously stupid logic errors. For example:

"Play close my eyes forever" nets us the Ozzy Osbourne duet. Nice

"Play Close My Eyes forever by Device" does not result in the David Dramen/Lzzy Hale cover of the above. It yields, "Music and video playback are not supported on this device."

You're an Echo Show. You have literally 3 jobs. 1) turn on my lights and TV 2) Play music 3) Play video

Is Google home less stupid? Tbh since ADTs new security system defaults to Google, and my new car has Google built in, which nicely defaults to Spotify...I'm seriously considering switching. Can anyone give me a reason not to?
