Recommendations on temperature/humidity sensing

I want to measure and record temperature/humidity from four places: attic, inside home, crawlspace, and outside. I really would like to be able to plot the trends from these sensors so if I have to pay for service for data retention that would be fine. I have been looking at google assistant, but I don't see where you can look at plotted data.

Long battery life or optional c-charger would be a plus as I don't want to go into the attic/crawlspace ever few months. Being able to set alert thresholds would also be a big plus.

Any recommendations or pointers where to start to look? I am overwhelmed looking at the all the possibilities. Thanks in advance.
