Samsung "smart" washing machine

Hi, i am quite confused : i have a samsung smart washing machine using SmartThings app (also linked google home), but when i leave the machibe powered on in the morning , after a while the machine automatically turn itself off which prevents the program to run at the time i program it for. It seems utterly dumb, but i can't find anywhere how to make sure the machine doesn't turn off, or better, wakes itself at the right time. Please help.
