Too many questions too little time!

Hello everyone, In a 3 weeks I will start a mini-renovation work at my apartment. Unfortunately only now I got into home automation and I am completely lost, so I need some guidance/help.

What I want to achieve, at this stage is:

1. Use Home Assistant on my home server to control the automation. I want a LAN,not cloud-based solution.
2. I will control everything from my PC, initially, then from a tablet/phone.
3. I want to control LED light strips in 3 different rooms (initially).
   
4. Control motorized rollers in one room (2 motors)
5. Control motorized tents (2 motors).
6. In the immediate future, I would like to automate my video conference equipment and especially the video/streaming lights.
7. Control vacuum robot (Xiaomi)

I have no budget yet, since this is a last minute change of plans and I need

I have no issue to use WiFi, although I would prefer mixed (wired/powerline and wireless) elements.

I live in Europe/Greece and I have enough experience with CLI :)

I need your help in order to create a shortlist of the hardware I need in order to setup my first automation hub.

Particularly, I need some proposals for:

1. Controller/Hub or whatever else I might need. Unless HA will do it for me (although my understanding is that it will not)
2. Roller motors
3. Tent motors
4. LED controllers
