GF can't sign into her myQ app after I shared access to my home?

I shared my garage door using F&F method to my girlfriend. When she accepted, she was unable to log into the app again. When I removed her access from my home, she was able to sign in on her iphone again. I readded her, and then signed into the account on an Android device. It signed in, but my shared home won't load for her. We have reinstalled the app and rebooted both devices. Anyone seen this issue?
