How to directly bind Zigbee devices with Zigbee2MQTT

Hello people,

I wrote a guide for directly binding devices using Zigbee2MQTT, single or in groups.

So for those that don't know, you can control a target device (e.g. light bulb) with a source device (e.g. button) directly without dependence on the coordinator or any home automation software like Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA. It's also much smoother since devices don't make the software roundtrip.

In case things go offline, you can still control your target device using your source device, no matter the state of your network.

It's important to note, a device must support this feature first. Usually (but not always), battery powered trigger devices (such as smart buttons, remotes, knobs, scene switches etc.) have it and you can follow the process.

I've also found it's next to impossible to know for certain if devices support direct binding before testing it yourself. For some reason, manufacturers don't bother with this feature and I've never seen it in a spec sheet of a product or something.

Edit: Auto-mod keeps removing the link, check my profile
