Ring Alarm - Z wave

I'd like to buy the Ring alarm, but it appears they don't sell them in Australia- something to do with 1/ they use Z wave as communication protocol and 2/ monitoring via 3rd party service providers are for US only.

I'm not interested in a monitoring service.

I have a few Ring devices (2 cameras a d the video doorbell), and the Eeros.

If I buy the Ring Alarm when I'm in the US, would it work in Australia? Would it work with the AU bought Ring devices? Would it work on my AU wifi?
