Robot vacumn/mop recommendations for HA enthusiasts

I'm looking for some recommendations for a robot vacumn cleaner and mop combo, but it's a new area for me and I have no idea where to start my research. I thought this might be a good place to discuss nerd friendly options. Minimum requirement for me is not talking to external servers and ability to program it myself or with open source tools such as home assistant.
