Newbie here asking if anyone could give me some advice?

I am getting my new to me apartment and will be renovating heavily. I am getting my electrician to provide me switch points with neutral wires. I have gone online to find switches and it seems like Aqara has a pretty wide range of items and have seen that there are D1 (zigbee 1.2), T1 (zigbee 3.0) and E1 (zigbee 3.0 but lower max wattage). I also saw that there are the S1E panels which look really interesting but there are not much reviews online.

As I am pretty new to these. May I ask if anyone is kind enough to help me plan for this? I would need 2x 1gang, 6x 2gang, 3x 3gang. 2 water heater switches which I know aqara does not have, but I was wondering if any other brands like tuya's will work with the aqara hub? I am also wondering if anyone has any recommendations for smart down lights? I would like to make some areas e.g toilet and hallways turn on to 30% brightness after midnight (so I don't get blinded).
