I'm looking for a smart thermostat with additional temperature sensors

I have two sepreate ac and heating units on my office they have two separate thermostats. I'm looking for a thermostat I can lock at a certain temperature that has temperature sensors. One part of my office will get ice cold while the room with the thermostat will stay the perfect temperature. Then the warehouse will do something similar where the front half is freezing but the part of the warehouse with the thermostat is perfect. It is costing me an arm and a leg managing these zones manually

Edit: it would be nice to be able to use them on the same app
