New installation: setup everything in the lab or after the installation?

Hi all!

I'll be installing about 40/50 bTicino switch/dimmer/socket (ZigBee with a SLZB-06 ethernet PoE ZigBee2MQTT adapter) in a new house (4 floors).

Should I pair all the devies in the lab or should I pair them after the installation?

I still haven't understood if the devices will change the path using the better route or not (since I've just tested a bTicino switch K4003C and it keeps using the worst path with 1 or 0 signal quality over a near Ikea repeater with a signal quality of 50).

If I should pair all the devices after the installation, should I allow the pairing only from the nearest switch (that will be a repeater too) or not?

What do you suggest?
